Persistent Audio problem across Multiple R625. Need help

So I got a 6 series in April 2020 and after a month, I noticed some split second audio drops across all content. I tried replacing every cable and even bought a new sound bar. I tried optical, HDMI, even the headphone port. Every source was effected. So I called TCL and got it repaired. Problem persisted. I call again and get a replacement. The problem is somehow STILL happening. I’ve ordered a new “2.1” cable for the sound bar in case it has to do with an audio bandwidth problem. Can anybody else think of ANYTHING that could potentially resolve this? I believe the soundbar is just PCM.
