Game mode vs Calibrated mode

Hi, I have this TV and I notice that game mode elevates the colors even thought I put the same settings as calibrated mode. I would like to know if there’s a reason for that. Also my Xbox series S always change my picture settings to game mode and I can’t find a way to stop doing that.
