65 inch 850c has died. Being offered these as a replacement but they don't seem as good. Help!

My Sony XBR65X850c Mainboard has died before it even turned 4 years old. I am being offered a replacement device under a warranty. The replacements are the Sony XBR65X850G or the Samsung UN65RU8000FXZA. This is a gaming room TV. Personally the replacements don’t seem to be as good when I look at RTINGS rating. However, how things have rated could have changed Does anyone have any suggestions?
