Review Pipeline - Progress indicator

First of all, I want to say that the new view / table is amazing!

I would like to suggest adding some sort of progression indicator to the footer of each card.

For example I’ve added a plain-text progression here: https://imgur.com/pH3xFFY

Alternatively, a better UX would be a colored progress-bar at the bottom of each card from red -> green as the testing nears the end?
