Subtitle issue still continues?

There is a subtitle issue on q9fn where the screen gets brighter when there is a subtitle on the screen and then dims the screen when there is not. Causing the screen brightness to fluctuate. I saw that you wrote in this review because of the local dimming, content with subtitles can be a problem. Does that mean the subtitle issue hasn’t been solved and still continues?
