What I have:

High-end PC with RTX 2080TI - 65Q900RB TV - HDMI 2.1 Cable connected to Port 4 in One Connect Box

What is my settings in TV:

Port 4 has Input Signal Plus ON with HDMI 2.1 Cable - Game Mode ON - FreeSync (Ultimate).

What is my settings in PC:

Same as the above picture.

Also regarding the 8K, I only get 30hz
