I just wonder why the reviews are limited to HDR10? Dolby Vision needs calibration as well, has...

I just wonder why the reviews are limited to HDR10? Dolby Vision needs calibration as well, has different Gain and Offset requirements, the EOTF PQ curve is different, and obviously color coordinates.
