What materials are used and is it easy to clean

Some questions I always have when buying kitchen appliances:

Is it dishwasher safe? Which rack? Will it fit? Does it require handwashing? Difficulty to hand wash? What are the materials used? Which materials touch food? Stainless steel, glass or another material I need to understand the safety of it. Do any external surfaces get hot?
