Sennheiser Momentum 3 Wireless

Sony WH-1000XM4 Wireless

The Sony WH-1000XM4 Wireless are slightly better headphones for most uses than the Sennheiser Momentum 3 Wireless. The Sony are more comfortable, have a significantly better noise isolation performance, and have a longer continuous battery life.
