Our Verdict

Sony WH-1000XM4 Wireless

Anker Soundcore Life Q30 Wireless

The Sony WH-1000XM4 Wireless are better headphones than the Anker Soundcore Life Q30 Wireless. The Sony are more comfortable, feel better built, and have a better-balanced sound profile right out of the box. Plus, they have an auto-off timer to help conserve their battery life when not in use. That said, the Anker have a longer continuous battery life and a better full range noise isolation performance.
