I hate this printer. It repeatedly malfunctions. 1. This printer continuously loses the wifi connection. I have to unplug it. wait 10 minutes plug it back in and restart it. Soemtimes I need to do this more than once. I do not have the lost connection problem with any of my other devices (maybe 4 devices). I have not had this problem with other printers. 2. paper jams are frequent. 3. I added new black printing cartridge but I still got a message that it is low on ink and cannot print. Got to HP trouble page and it claims the ink levels are fine.
