I don’t know why you say this soundbar doesn’t have any satellites. Although they are a purchasable extra, you could get the SPK8-S rear speakers plus wireless receiver for £150, which is a bargain compared with other manufacturers’ add-ins for their soundbars. And they go seamlessly with the GX soundbar, and transform what it can do. They are now discontinued, but can still be readily found for under £200. I wouldn’t be without mine. Admittedly, the GX soundbar is a lifestyle choice, to blend in with the GX - G3 TVs, and might not be the objectively best soundbar for the money (though it might be for half the money, which was the deal when I bought it with the GX TV) but with the rears, it can certainly throw sound around the room, if not up in the air.

Thanks for writing in. You’re right that you can purchase rear speakers separately. When we reviewed this soundbar, we only tested what was included in the box, but we’ll update our text to make a mention of the rear speakers.
