Hi I have a question for you guys did you test this input lag mms with the default setting of black equalizer, super resolution and sharpness? or did you use an specific setting for this? and last question is there a way to bring the input lag down any special setings?
If you’re not gaming in HDR, you should use Auto or sRGB, but again, play around with the settings to see what you prefer the most.
If you’re using BFI at 120Hz, it’s likely that you’re going to get the same input lag as without BFI at 120Hz (5.0 ms), but we didn’t measure the 120Hz BFI input lag. The BFI input lag measurement is at the max refresh rate of 144Hz, and it’s the same as without BFI.
Our recommended overdrive setting at any refresh rate is Picture Quality as it produces the best motion handling, but again, you should choose the setting that you find looks best!
And last question I have for you. Your said total reaponse time is faster in picture quality but that if you like more inverse ghosting than regular ghosting because you said speed offers a slightly faster response time. So may question is who actually offers the faster response time dont care how it looks as long as i can see enemy turn corners first.
I also have another question regarding the (BFI) you list the input lag at 120hz which is 5.0 and 144hz I believe is 4.5 and 60hz is high and then the input lag with (BFI) is 4.5. In the ps5 I can turn the 120hz with the BFI but I canfuse would I have the input lag of the BFI which is 4.5 or would I have the input lag of 120hz even though i have the BFI on. Thank once’s again nicholas never have I see someone help his community as much as you guys.
Hey thanks for the kind words! Generally speaking we don’t necessarily suggest any settings as you should choose whichever settings that you prefer the most. That said, there’s nothing you really need to do to take full advantage of the PS5. The sRGB mode tends to be meant for content creation and not so much gaming in terms of picture quality, but as mentioned, if you enjoy that, there’s no problem using it.
No problem but then i need help with the color space which one should i used ir i want to game in the ps5 (Auto, sRGB, DCI-P3, or ADOBE) note: i don’t use HDR
Sorry to bother you guys again I just recently bought this monitor and Im planning to used for gaming on ps5 only what is the best setting for performance for this monitor. I currently have it at sRGB, no super resolution, brightness at 100 with a contrast of 60, no overdrive picture quality, sharpness at 0, color temperature normal gamma off since the SRGB comes with the gamma already on it. And the picture settings is gamming. Is this ok or according to testing and I willing to paid if is nesecary what is the best setting for performance? You guys are the best keep doing a great job.
Hi does vrr on this monitor help reduce input lag for the ps5 or not?

Holy fuck this might be it lady and gentleman I will wait for the rting review just to male sure
Is there any chance this one will have less input lag than the pg32ucdm?
Thank you so much you are a hero

Quick question dies having vrr on at 60hz increase or decrease the input lag?
