Why is the gaming score of the 2021 MacBook Pro 16 higher than 2023 version? (It seems like an issue with counter strike GO)
Hey! That’s right. Essentially, we used to be able to get the average FPS in CSGO on MacOS. Now, however, we cannot get that data on CS2. We’re working on a solution, but it will currently score a bit less because the review sees the 2021 model as not having a 0 in the “Counter Strike” section, but the 2023 model does have a 0.
Again, it’s something we’re hoping to fix soon but for now, Macbooks running CS2 will not have any actual data. There is some more context that will be revealed in the text as well, once the review is written.

The full review has been posted here. Let us know what you think!
Aww, you guys use an old Blender version for testing that doesn’t support Metal? :( Would be nice to at least see a quick test on the latest version just for this review.

Update: We’ve retested the speakers, as we’ve mistakenly posted results from the Apple MacBook Pro 16 (2019). The M3 model’s speakers sound more well-balanced, with slightly more bass, but don’t get as loud.
interested to see how it compares to M1/M2 Pro/Max
We’ve purchased the product and are waiting for it to arrive in our lab.
Wish rtings had early access to M3 computers….
The product has arrived in our lab, and our testers will start evaluating it soon.

When is the review coming out to not early-access people? I want to buy one for Christmas but I need a review first
