I am coming from the M Series (M50-C1 - 2015) and was so happy with it that when came to upgrade, I decided to go for the more expensive and feature rich P Series (P55-F1 2018).

The P-Series shows a bad pixel pattern, which is pretty annoying. I didn’t expect this behavior upgrading to a better series. The M series did not have this issue at all, it showed perfectly smooth colors, not the P series, I am afraid (Photos attached for comparison).

For movies this is really not noticeable, but working on the desktop, it is!

I am wondering if this is a defect or if anybody else is observing this behavior.
