    Hi there,

    Unfortunately, we really can’t say for sure if the advanced contrast enhancer causes eyestrain as we haven’t tested for that specifically. However, I was able to find reports from users (about other models) that mentioned turning it off helped. Another thing to consider is that eye strain can also be caused by things other than flicker. For instance, how close you’re sitting to the Tv, viewing angle, etc. Hope this helps! :)
