It’d be great to see a review for this keyboard. On paper, it’s the same great Apex Pro feel with its adjustable magnetic actuation, but not without a lot of flaws:

    1. You can’t use the keyboard while it’s charging with an adapter. It keeps connecting and disconnecting over and over, with lights flashing everywhere.
    2. SteelSeries GG must be running for your lighting profiles to apply. This means you can’t store PRISM lighting profiles on the keyboard itself for use on other devices, say a Bluetooth-connected device like a phone or tablet.
    3. When the keyboard goes on standby after a timeout, it loses its lighting profile and when you go to use it again, it flashes the default rainbow profile before SteelSeries GG can apply the one you’ve been using. It’s very jarring and looks terrible.
    4. Its battery life is abysmal - mine lasted for maybe a week? Logitech’s backlit keyboard (K830) lasts for several weeks before needing a recharge.

I’m really disappointed with this one, because I absolutely love my SteelSeries Apex Pro full-size wired. I think a review here would get it some attention and maybe SteelSeries will respond with a better product.

I have two UPerfect portable monitors. I love them and they are price competitive.

I’ve got the UPERFECT UPlays C2 16:10 - 120hz - 2160x1600, and it works amazingly well as a 2nd display off to the side of my TV PC gaming setup. I use it mainly for Discord and other auxiliary tasks.

I haven’t gotten it to play as nicely with my 16" MacBook Pro M1 Pro, however. It works, but the scaled resolution settings are totally broken, without doing some manual black magic to force the right resolution and scaling. Still figuring that out. By default, it scales to 1280x800 at the native 1600p resolution, making everything enormous.

I’d like it to scale to 1200p at 1600p native. If I set it to 1600p native with no scaling applied, everything is way too small. It blows my mind that macOS still doesn’t have a way to control HiDPI independently, like Windows does with percentages.

Hi docmars, Unfortunately, we haven’t tested any other monitors that meets all of that criteria. I tried creating a custom table, which you can see here, and the closest option I could find was the Razer Raptor 27, but it can’t be VESA mountable and has a few other slight differences. If anyone comes across a similar option, let us know and as long as its available for purchase in the US, we’ll add it to our suggestion tool! :)

Thanks for the swift response! Hopefully we’ll see more options in this category in the future. I could see there being more demand for this sort of a setup with the past year making many of us home-ridden.

I’ve been eyeing the Eve Spectrum monitor – it’s I’m looking for, but it’s not out yet. It’s one hell of a monitor, on paper:
