Hi,
I recently just buy a 65 inch LG GX, but for some strange reason, i’m not able to use the “Hi LG” catch phrase on my unit. If i follow the instruction, in the “Voice Recognition Settings”, I should see a “Hand free voice control” section that would allow me to turn on or off the “use hands-free voice control”. On my unit, I don’t see this option at all. Just below, there should be a “Train your voice” menu option too. Still missing on my unit.
Can RTings, or anyone out there can validate if you are indeed seeing this option on your units? Since you are base in Montreal, are you able to use the “Hi LG” catch phrase to control your TV? If so, have you done anything special to activate this feature.
Thank a lot for your amazin support.
Best regards,
How you post a question on here? I don’t have a button anymore
We left contrast enhancer off for all of our testing, but you should adjust it to whatever looks best. For an accurate calibration it should be disabled, but not everyone enjoys that.
Hi Adam, so I was wondering if many new Samsung model 4k HDR tvs such as Samsung Q80T or even new LG 2020 year model has these issue with low dimness while playing HDR content when turning off contrast enhancer and similar setting with LG tvs? As you have suggested that for accurate calibration its best to turn off the contrast enhancer however when I set the contrast enhancer to High it does over saturates or over brightens small background details which disappears and while playing any HDR game (now on PS5) the edges off clouds in sky during PS5 gameplay seems to over brighten resulting slight disappearance. Also, this is something relevant but my home screen on PS5 looks really dim with HDR ‘On’ and contrast enhancer set to off. Is it normal that for Samsung Q80R tv with HDR on, the brightness level is supposed to be dim? How can this be fixed in your opinion? Thank you
