Ughh… Best office keyboards and they’re all wireless… Don’t want to have to deal with batteries, why are there no wired options?
Hey, thanks for reaching out.
In recent years, most manufacturers have increasingly pushed wireless office options, but we definitely have suggestions if you’re only interested in wired models.
However, it might also be helpful to mention that while all the picks on this list support wireless connectivity, many of them come with a USB cable, allowing you to use them wired. These options include our top pick, the Logitech MX Mechanical and the Nuphy AirV5 V2. I’ve made a note, and we’ll try to make that more clear in the text in an upcoming edit of these recommendations.
As far as purely wired-only options go, we do make special mention of the Dell KB216 in this article, which is a straightforward, wired-only model and a great alternative to the Microsoft Bluetooth keyboard if you aren’t interested in wireless connectivity.
But if you’re looking for more options, I’ve prepared a custom table of all the wired-only options we’ve tested sorted by their Office score here.
Hopefully, that helps!

Update: We’ve adjusted some of our phrasing in this article and added the newly reviewed Keychron V5 Max to our list of Notable Mentions.
