Luminance overshoot issue

From my testing, this TV suffers from significant luminance overshoot issue in dark scenes, specifically due to white subpixel turning on. Very visible in black to grey transitions. Its very distracting, to the point that I am considering returning the TV (I watch a lot of dark movies, horror fan). Was this issue not encountered during testing?
