White Balance and Color Space

Hi, I noticed the D series does not have the White Balance and Color Space settings available in your calibration settings, unlike the E series which does. Is there any particular reason for this? I am looking to get a D series or an E series and am leaning toward D series for the price, but I usually use you guys settings, even down to those settings sometimes which typically has worked well on my sets as well. Will I need to even adjust these with the D series? I ask because I have no clue how to go about doing so on my own. Thank you.
