Absolutely the most frustrating printer I have ever seen! Everything on my PC says it’s ready to go. then you try to print, and nothing happens. says it’s offline. While the PC says it’s ready to go. Then I have to take a picture of what I want to print with my phone. and suddenly it works! Looking for recommendations for a printer that actually does what it is supposed to do!!

Sorry to hear about your experience with the HP ENVY 6455e. If you want something in the same price range (the 6455e usually sells for $150 USD), we recommend going with the Brother MFC-J435DW or the slightly cheaper Brother MFC-J1205DW. Both are great for everyday use, and they also yield more prints than the HP, which means you’ll spend less on replacement ink over time. Hope that helps.
