Does AF9 Has Static Dimming Problem?

I have seen so many bad reviews about A1E and AF8 about the static dimming function after an update. I don’t know if the issue has been solved or not but does the AF9 also has this unacceptable aggressive static dimming function which kicks in after about a minute? Also does this TV or C8 have the brightness fluctuation when the subtitle appearing on screen.
