Bad 480p content? What about Wii U or DVDs on PS4/XBox One?

I don’t think Wii U actually displays anything in 480p, but upscales it. Granted, that’s to mix results, but I believe this wouldn’t cause content to suffer on this TV since it’s not technically running at 480p. My other question would be DVDs on XBox One or PS4. Would I have any worry here, or probably not since these consoles run at 4k?
