1080p with Variable Refresh Rate - 15.1 ms 1440p with VRR - 15.0 ms

4k with VRR - 23.3 ms

the last one especially - 23.3ms

1) does enabling VRR actually affect input lag somehow ? (positively or negatively) 2) the above quoted values for VRR - how EXACTLY were these measured ? was it on PC connection with an RTX GPU ? (or AMD GPU ?) .. if so - what was the Hz/fps value set for the desktop/in games - 60 or 120 ? basically was it measured for 1080p/1440p @ 120hz /w VRR .. or 1080p/1440p @ 60hz /w VRR ?

I expected 120hz VRR values to be quite low, maybe even as low as the 6-7ms ones .. or at most 10-12ms its somewhat baffling why 4K VRR would be above 20ms
