I dont know who exactly wrote all of this but in Battery section he said that you can´t charge and use them at the same time which is not true. I have those headphones and I can charge them while using them so please correct that. Also I am using same 1.6.0.0 firmware :)
Edit: Also charging time for me is not 4 hours but around 2 hours

Update: We’ve retested Charge Time and Audio While Charging in Battery and have updated our results.
