Update: Converted to Test Bench 1.2. Updated the results for audio format support via ARC/eARC, HDMI In, and Optical. Added Video Passthrough to TV results as well.

I read everywhere that this soundbar has issues. Sound cuts for 1-3 seconds. Sone experienced no sound at all. Do you have any insights? I don’t want to get stuck with a defective unit!!

We did not encounter the issue in the course of our testing.
You mentioned that a lot of users are having issues with this bar. Would you have some scenarios where users are encountering problems? If possible, we could try to replicate them to see if the issue happens on our end as well. This would help us identify the source of the issue, and possibly update the review to better inform users.

I saw this after searching online. On Amazon Reviews, on Reddit.
Update: We’ve converted this review to Test Bench Update 1.3. If applicable, we’ve retested stereo sound based on the manufacturer’s recommendations. Additionally, we’ve expanded our audio latency tests to the following boxes: Audio Latency: ARC, Audio Latency: HDMI In, and Audio Latency: Optical. You can see the full changelog here.
