Love the vacuum for 30 days. A chip error causes departure from dock. The fix is to send a replacement unit without the extra pieces-roller, wheels etc so we can “rebuild” for ourselves. And it cost $100 shipping for a $200 unit. So much for quality out of the factory and warranty repair. Dumping all my sharks. No thanks.
