in the “wired gaming” section, it says “no software to tweak sound” when in fact the steelseries app on desktop offers sound tweaking for the headset, as well as other miscellaneous things related to the arctis 1’s sound.

Hi Spyraonn,

It is possible that you have mistaken these headphones for the “Steelseries Arctis 1 Wireless” which are the wireless version of the SteelSeries Arctis 1. Unfortunately, the SteelSeries App is not supported on the SteelSeries Arctis 1.
