    Very bad experience with the brand, consider other brand before getting yours. Had 2 pairs (X4 and vista) since 2020. Both are broken and just found out across the globe they donโ€™t have service centers. Surprise surprise, I never had an electronic product without service centers. Imagine the headach if your jaybird product broken and theyโ€™re out of warranty (only 1 year warranty), the customer service telling you to basically throw it away.
