Curious to see the wake-up time after the keyboard goes to sleep (in both Bluetooth and 2.4 GHz wireless). This is the time it takes for the keyboard to start registering button presses after going to sleep from inactivity.

Users of the Keychron Q Pro series mentioned the keyboard goes to sleep after 10 minutes. Waking it up takes a few seconds in Bluetooth mode, meaning the first few button presses wonโ€™t register.

Since the Keychron Q Max series now offers 2.4 GHz wireless, would wake-up time now become instant?

The quality control on this lineup has been lacking. Several users (myself included) report repeated and unintentional keystrokes.

The latest update 1.1 has introduced debounce support, which simultaneously โ€œaddressesโ€ the issue but also exacerbated it for users that disable the feature.

You can export macros, keymaps to .JSON files, but RGB settings are not preserved.

So since in my case (Q14 Max) macros and the Windows key donโ€™t reliably function, each time I have to factory reset to restore functionality, I lose my lighting settings.

Keychron support is slow, and sometimes altogether absent. Should a product that frustrates so many users (seriously, just look at the Keychron subreddit), be a top recommendation of yours?
