Hello, Would it be fair to my Hisense 50Ah6 to use your recommendations for calibration of the IPS Hi Sense models? I’m not looking at perfection, and thought I’d check if there’s a better way to set it up then the way I have it!

No, probably not. Calibration can often be unit specific and not applicable to other units of the same model. So, we definitely wouldn’t recommend using it for other models. Sorry about that!
Update: Converted to Test Bench 1.11. With this update, we’ve added a new Upscaling: Sharpness Processing test and revamped our Blooming test so the scores and picture better match the real world experience. With this change, it was necessary to remove the Black Crush test. Finally, we’ve updated our usage scores to better align our scores with user expectations.
Have the 43’ model, using as a PC Monitor. 4k60 only works in 422 mode and not RGB. RGB only works with 30Hz. Tried to set it to Gaming mode but this doesn’t change the color encoding either. Any recommendations?

Hi there,
What picture settings are you using (you say Gaming), and what is your PC setup? For PC use, we suggest setting the TV to {HDMI Format: Enhanced Format} and {Game} picture mode.
Thanks for the question, hopefully we can get to the bottom of this.

Purchased 55 in 2021 ..while watching last night it went black..No pictures..using the remote power button the red light showing on/of works but no pictures come on..
So, I’ve found numerous sites that say that the “55A6H8” has three HDMI 2.1 ports, but you guys are saying it has zero? Amazon, Navy Exchange, Wal-Mart… They all list it as 2.1 ports

Hi! The A6H definitely doesn’t have HDMI 2.1 bandwidth on any of its ports; it’s a cheap, budget TV. You have to go up to Hisense’s mid-range U7 line (like the U7H and U7K) to get HDMI 2.1 ports.

There appears to be a 58" model as well? The 58A68H in Canada. I assume this the same thing.
Update: Added the 58-inch Canadian variant in the Differences Between Sizes and Variants.
