This headset was my biggest disappointment. I bought it because I saw it here that it supports Audio + Microphone via USB-C and although this is true, it switches to super-low-quality-robotic-voice when doing it so. The usb-c connection is useless in that sense. Too bad for such an expensive headset.

We use this Headset in our company. Its nice to have anc, but many of us are disappointed. The build quality is very low. Everyones microphone is broken in a few month. Can definitley not recommend this high priced low quality headset. And look at the picture… the mute button is like 2mm next to the mic.. why?
