Can't run 4k@120hz on Windows

Hi guys! My product is actually the TCL X925 but I believe it’s similar enough to the R648. I’m sorry but this seemed like a good place to get help!

My problem is, Windows10 doesn’t list 4k@120hz. I can get up to 8k resolution but without any option for higher than 60hz frequency. The manual states that the TV supports 8k@60hz or 4k@120hz. My GPU is the RTX 3080 TI (HDMI 2.1 card) and I never had any problems running 4k120hz on other TVs:

Did you guys have any problems like that? Do I need a specific driver to enable high refresh rate for TCL TVs on Windows? Game mode is enabled on the TV btw.

Thanks!

Edit: Fixed! On “Adjust desktop size and position” I selected “No scaling” and on “Perform scaling on” I changed from “GPU” to “Display” and then all other resolutions and refresh rates became available!
