To follow up here. The issue remains in Dolby Vision content from the Apple TV 4K (1st, 2nd and now 3rd gen devices). It doesn’t occur with same devices and other TVs. It doesn’t occur in HDR+ mode. And interestingly, also doesn’t occur in Dolby Vision at 30hz, only 60 (and 50). Tried a beta firmware from Hisense to no avail. They are coming for an on-site Support, I doubt that will resolve anything, so will be returning my set. It seems like a great deal, but if I can’t watch Dolby vision, I can’t keep it.
Is there any update on this? I’m wavering whether I should purchase the U8H. Thank you.

Thanks for sharing! So it seems like either something had changed between us testing it and now, or it was overlooked while looking for other features. Either way, I’ve added this issue for us to look into more and also brought it up to our test development team as something to focus more on in the future. Thanks for bringing this to our attention and we’ll update the review with some more information as soon as we can.
