What's the difference between LG 27UL500 and LG 27UK650?

When I click on the Rtings Link to buy the LG 27UK650, I noticed the 27UL500 is on the same Amazon page, but is quite a bit cheaper. On amazon, the only difference I can notice, is that the monitor stand is better on the 27UK650. I ended up buying the 27UL500 , but now I’m wondering if there’s more differences between the two. Thanks.

Update: Replaced the Apple MacBook Pro 16 (2021) with the Apple MacBook Pro 14 (2023) because the M1 MacBook Pros are no longer available. Replaced the Dell Inspiron 16 2-in-1 (2023) with the Lenovo Yoga 7i 16 (2023) because the Lenovo has Thunderbolt 4, stylus support, and longer battery life. Added the Lenovo Slim Pro 7 14 (2023) as a Notable Mention.
