Update: We’ve updated these headphones to firmware 1.06.00.1114 and have updated Test Settings to reflect this change. We have also added a note to Sound Profile, but there hasn’t been a change in our results.
The app has been extremely overhauled and the way the headset performs has been changed. Could you revisit or revise the section about app and features? Does this change sound profile? They claim latency has been improved, is this true? Thanks!

Thank you for reaching out. We will review the App updates and any changes made based on the patch notes. Since we recently updated our Latency Test, we will update the latency results on our new Latency Rig separately from this Retest.

Update: We’ve retested App Support due to changes in Razer Synapse’s main page. Since one of the changes is the renaming of EQ presets, we have also updated the EQ used in Test Settings from ‘Default’ to ‘Custom (Flat)’ to reflect its new name. The performance of this EQ is the same, so our sound results haven’t changed.

Hi alexyCS, these headphones can’t play audio when only connected through their USB charging cable, so you’ll also have to use the 1/8" TRRS (jack) cable while charging. Good luck fragging out there o7.
