Cannot enable VRR from XBOX X

I’m connecting an XBOX X directly to the 75" SM9000 using HDMI 1 port and I do not get the option to enable VRR. I do get the option for ALLM which means that everything is connected correctly. I tried 4 different cables and the cable is good. The input is set to enhanced HDMI potion (it is set automaticly when connecting an XBOX) I checked again on your website and all the 9000 series should support VRR.

What should I do? It this a general fault in all the TVs or just in mine? will exchanging the TV help?
