Local dimming & colour settings

How do you disable local dimming from the service menu? I have mine set on low, which washes out a lot of text (I have it set as PC with Game Mode on and HDR off in Win 11).

Also, what is the neutral colour setting for PC Game Mode? The default of 30 appears way too vibrant and I’ve had to turn it down to around 15 to match other displays. However, I feel like that’s not the best standard to compare against since other displays could just be bad at displaying colour well. Is there a “reference” or “filmmaker mode” colour level I should use for PC Game Mode?
