Purchased the Anova 2.0 Steam Oven in December 2024 and it completely failed within 3 months. The touch screen went out making the unit useless, wifi connectivity was spotty at best and I had to reset and clear the cache multiple times to use the app. The temperature port plug broke off in the port during a bake. I make sourdough bread and the steam function was nominal but the temperature was inconsistent. Anova customer service is difficult to navigate and response times are poor. To get refunded for the oven, Anova demanded the oven be returned in it’s original box with all the accessories before issuing a refund, they provided a return UPS label but not a UPS pickup for 66 lbs box which cost an additional $15 out of pocket and Anova has not issued a refund at the time of this submission.

I do not recommend this expensive countertop steam oven, the customer service process is a hassle and undependable.

Charging this price and then requiring a subscription for using some of its features is absurd. On top of having mediocre performance
