Our Verdict

Apple AirPods (2nd generation) Truly Wireless

Google Pixel Buds A-Series Truly Wireless

The Apple AirPods (2nd generation) and the Google Pixel Buds A-Series Truly Wireless have different strengths, and you may prefer either one. The Apple are more comfortable, feel better built, and have a better battery performance. They also have an H1 chip so you can seamlessly pair them with your Apple devices. However, the Google earbuds have a more sound profile, and are more neutral, which some users may prefer. Once you achieve a good fit, you should also get a more consistent sound each time you use them.
