Our Verdict

Beats Solo Pro Wireless

Sennheiser HD 450BT Wireless

The Beats Solo Pro are better for most purposes than the Sennheiser HD 450BT Wireless. The Beats have much better onboard controls and a more premium look and feel. Their ANC feature does a much better job of isolating you from ambient sound. They also have a much more neutral sound profile, which some listeners may prefer. On the other hand, you can use the Sennheiser wirelessly or wired, so you can listen to audio passively when you run out of battery. They also offer multi-device pairing, and you can customize their sound profile with a graphic EQ and presets in the companion app.
