The Turtle Beach Elite Pro 2 SuperAmp and Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 2 Wireless are differently designed gaming headphones. The SuperAmp are wired, but come with a Bluetooth-compatible USB DAC/amp that allows you to mix audio streamed from your phone. They're also slightly more comfortable overall. The Stealth 700 can connect to devices over Bluetooth and with their included USB receiver, and have a slightly more feature-dense companion app.
