Hello, This sounds like it could be black crush, which we currently don’t test for on monitors, but that could change in the future. That said, you should try changing settings to see if it fixes anything, including not using the blue light filter.

Yeah, This monitor also has a black crush issue which is another different problem.

Are there any updates to the timeline for the monitors?

Yup, that seems to be an issue with this model, sadly. I’m sure RTINGS can easily replicate the issue if they try. I had the same issue (in fact I’m the author of one of the linked posts in the thread : https://rog-forum.asus.com/t5/gaming-monitors/xg27aqdmg-insane-banding-posterization/td-p/1054736).

I guess Near Black Chrominance Overshoot problem associated with woled

Possibly it’s due to a white subpixel may cause this
