Its slots don't lift quite as high as some toasters, so if you like small items like English muffins, they're a bit harder to grab without burning yourself. Our Verdict
The BELLA Classics 2 Slice Toaster is good. Its seven presets provide a fantastic range, so you can get lightly toasted sandwich bread or well-done multi-grain bread and bagels in a single cycle. It's also consistent from batch to batch, so you won't need to adjust the dial between batches when making a lot of toast. It browns fairly evenly on both sides of the bread and from slot to slot. However, it tends to toast the middle of the bread more than the edges.

Its preset cycles take less time, and this model is a little more compact.

Test Results
Aside from settings for frozen items ('Defrost') and bagels, it has a reheat cycle lasting about 30 seconds that's meant to reheat toast without browning it.
