Differences between HDR peak brightness on B8 vs. C8

How noticeable are the differences in HDR peak brightness on the B8 vs the C8, based on your tests? Because I noticed that on 2%, 5% and 10% windows the peak brightness numbers were drastically different between the two TVs. So how noticeable is this, especially in real world content? And what contributes to these differences?
