Lowest input lag 4k or 1080?

Which settings would be the best for performance on an Xbox One X? I’m assuming game mode but which resolution?

I’m confused on the input lag, it says it was updated with HDR10 but in 4k 60hz @ 4.4.4. it still says 8 bit not 10 bit. Is the reported 30.5s while using 10 bit or is that actually only with 8 bit?

According to the input lag section 4k HDR 4.4.4. 8bit is the lowest input lag achievable on this TV? Even lower than 1080 on any setting?

I’ve been going insane trying to find an answer to my questions so I finally decided to make an account and ask myself.
