Hey there!
It sounds like you’re trying to send this format from your PC. If so, as mentioned in the Supported Resolutions section of our review, 4k @ 120Hz doesn’t appear to work from a PC on this TV, as it would just display a black screen when we tested it. You have to send 144Hz instead, which should work perfectly.

I can boot and view the pc only in 60hz. The when I put in game mode and switch the input limit to pick up the 144hz it just black screens

Hi I am on firmware 1430 and 4K 120hz works just fine.
Initially I was having the same trouble as the TV would go blank and “No source” using higher resolutions than 4k 60hz. After bricking my display card driver and ordering 3 different HDMI cables its finally working as it should. 4k 144hz VRR (Gsync) and HDR and 4K 120hz VRR(GSYNC) and HDR.
I changed the HDMI cable and make sure to use a certified one that supports all the bells and whisltes of HDMI 2.1 and not via DSC there are many cables on the market advertising 8k upto 60hz but this is with DSC and the TV was not supporting this!
Hope it helps someone. Its a gorgeous TV with everything you could need except 8k if you can pass the buukd quality as the back is seriously garbage and seems like it has glued using some bluTac!
