I am going to be setting up my PS4 Pro soon on this TV as well.
Dumb question, but did you change ports 2&3 to enhanced in the settings? A bunch of people forgot to do that, and then gave the TV a bad rating. I would make sure to switch that for sure if you haven’t.
Also, I hit the panel lottery on this model. All the edges have even lighting, no dark spots anywhere. I might keep it strictly due to that.

Sorry for the delayed reply, Make sure you use ports 2 or 3 with enhanced format enabled, as HDR washout could be the result of HDMI black level issue. Did you try to follow the HDR settings that are described in our settings page? Also if you find HDR content too dim try increasing the Gamma to ‘Max’ and set contrast to ‘Max’ which will brighten most HDR scenes; to make it brighter you can enable Adv. Contrast Enhancer but this may distort the picture quality a little depending on the scene. Finally, make sure you use game mode for the lowest input lag.
