x77L/x77CL Vs x75L/x75WL

Do you guys have any information on the differences between x77L/x77CL and x75L/x75WL? (perhaps I should start with the question of whether x75L and x75WL are essentially the same or not :) ) You previously tested the x75k, with no review of the x77k (if ever there was such a model in the first place),. Does it mean the x77L is effectively the same as the x75L (x75WL)? (not sure about US availability, but the x75WL is sold in EU, with the x77L possibly skipped altogether (?) )
